Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential service providers in assigned territories.
- Convince and onboard individuals as service providers on the company's platform.
- Explain the benefits of joining the platform and address provider queries effectively.
- Assist providers with registration, profile creation, and verification processes.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential providers.
- Achieve onboarding and acquisition targets assigned by the Sales Officer/Reporting Manager.
- Conduct regular field visits to generate leads and expand the provider network.
- Follow up with interested providers to ensure successful onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, leads, and onboarded providers.
- Share market insights, competitor activities, and field feedback with the reporting manager.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Field Sales, Business Development or Direct Sales.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets.
- Comfortable with extensive field travel.
- Must own a bike and possess a valid driving license.
