About the Role
Bluebenz Digitizations Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and motivated individuals to join our Inside Sales (B2B) team. We are hiring for both Full-Time and Internship positions.
Open Positions1. Inside Sales Executive (B2B) – Full-Time
- Experience: Freshers to 1 Year
2. Inside Sales Intern (B2B)
- Duration: 3 Months
- Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
- High-performing interns may receive an extension and a full-time employment opportunity.
Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective B2B clients.
- Generate, qualify, and nurture business leads.
- Explain the company's products and services to potential customers.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the Business Development team.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Update lead information and call records in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve daily and weekly calling and lead generation targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities.
- Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Word).
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Eligibility
- Fresh graduates.
- Final-year students looking for internship opportunities.
- Candidates with 0–1 year of experience in Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Business Development.
- Candidates interested in building a career in B2B Sales and Business Development.
