Seed Academy is looking for a passionate and dedicated Co-Teacher to support classroom instruction and student development. The ideal candidate will work closely with the lead teacher to create a positive and engaging learning environment.Key Responsibilities:Assist the lead teacher in planning and delivering lessonsSupport students individually or in small groupsHelp manage classroom behavior and maintain disciplinePrepare teaching materials and classroom displaysMonitor student progress and provide feedbackSupervise students during school activities and breaksRequirements:Bachelor’s degree (Education preferred)Prior experience in a school setting is an advantageGood communication and interpersonal skillsPatience, enthusiasm, and a passion for working with childrenAbility to work collaboratively with teachers and staff
Pay: ₹10,357.54 - ₹18,000.34 per month
