Job Summary
Inductus Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive with hands-on experience in GeM and other e-procurement portals. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling tenders related to IT products such as CCTV systems, printers, scanners, fire controllers, and similar solutions. OEM coordination experience is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end tendering process on Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and other e-procurement portals.
Identify and evaluate relevant tenders aligned with company offerings.
Prepare, review, and submit bids ensuring accuracy and compliance with tender requirements.
Coordinate with OEMs and internal teams for documentation, pricing, technical specifications, and approvals.
Handle portal registrations, profile updates, and vendor empanelment processes.
Maintain records/database of tenders, submissions, deadlines, and outcomes.
Track tender status and follow up for results, negotiations, and order finalization.
Ensure timely submission of all tender-related documents, EMDs, and supporting papers.
Stay updated with government procurement policies, bidding norms, and market opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of experience in tendering/e-procurement.
Hands-on experience with GeM and other e-tendering portals.
Experience in IT product tenders such as CCTV, printers, scanners, fire safety systems, etc.
OEM coordination experience is mandatory.
Strong understanding of tender documentation, bid compliance, and commercial terms.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in IT hardware, networking, or system integration companies.
Knowledge of government procurement procedures and tender policies.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
