Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing the sales team, and building strong relationships with clients in the jewellery manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets
- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to improve performance
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports
- Coordinate with marketing and production teams for smooth operations
- Handle major client negotiations and deal closures
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Ensure customer satisfaction and after-sales support

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
