- Manage Inventory: Oversee the spare parts inventory levels and ensure timely delivery to support maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with Suppliers: Work closely with suppliers to order and replenish parts as needed.
- Process Orders: Handle incoming RFQs, provide accurate quotations, and process customer orders efficiently.
- Liaise with Suppliers: Obtain pricing, availability, and negotiate terms with suppliers.
- Import Activities: Coordiate import activities, including documentation preparation and customs clearance.
- Inventory Monitoring: Monitor stock levels and perform regular inventory audits to ensure accurate records.
- Customer Communication: Keep customers informed about the status of their orders and address any concerns or delays.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
