Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Resident Medical Officer (RMO) with a BAMS or BHMS qualification and 1–2 years of clinical experience. Candidates with exposure to Urology and Oncology departments will be preferred. The RMO will be responsible for patient assessment, clinical support, treatment coordination, and ensuring quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patients under the guidance of senior consultants.
- Assist consultants in Urology and Oncology OPD/IPD management.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Monitor patient progress and provide follow-up care.
- Coordinate with nursing staff and other departments for patient management.
- Handle medical emergencies and provide immediate care when required.
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and clinical standards.
- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and medications.
Requirements
- BAMS or BHMS qualification from a recognized institution.
- 1–2 years of clinical experience.
- Experience in Urology and/or Oncology will be preferred.
- Good communication and patient-handling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Strong clinical observation and documentation skills.

- Experience in hospital or clinic settings.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required.
- Patient-centric approach with strong ethical practices.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
