Position SummaryThe Senior Executive – Transport & Parking Management will be responsible for end-to-end transportation operations, parking management, vendor governance, compliance monitoring, employee experience, and service delivery excellence. The role will ensure safe, compliant, cost-effective, and seamless transportation services while managing parking operations across multiple parking levels and coordinating with stakeholders including landlords, security teams, and transport service providers.
Key Responsibilities1. Transport Operations ManagementManage daily employee transportation operations and ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
Track and monitor fleet availability, vehicle deployment, route utilization, and adherence to service schedules.
Ensure optimum cab utilization as per contractual agreements and business requirements.
Analyze transportation trends, cab usage patterns, occupancy levels, and cost optimization opportunities.
Submit periodic transport performance reports and recommendations to the client.
Develop and implement contingency plans to manage transportation operations during emergencies, natural calamities, strikes, riots, or business disruptions.
2. Parking ManagementManage parking operations across P2, P3, and P4 parking levels.
Oversee allocation and governance of both 4-wheeler and 2-wheeler parking in stack and conventional parking areas.
Maintain accurate parking records, occupancy reports, slot utilization data, and vehicle databases.
Develop strategic parking improvement initiatives to maximize parking efficiency and employee convenience.
Manage EV charging and allocated EV parking slots, ensuring effective utilization and tracking.
Coordinate regularly with landlord security teams and building management teams to resolve parking-related concerns and operational challenges.
Conduct parking audits and recommend process improvements for traffic movement, safety, and user experience.
3. Compliance & EHS GovernanceEnsure 100% compliance of vehicles and drivers deployed under transport operations.
Conduct random vehicle fitness audits and inspections.
Perform random breath analyzer tests on drivers as per EHS requirements.
Develop and execute EHS audit schedules for transport operations.
Conduct periodic audits of: Driver licenses Vehicle registration documents Insurance Pollution certificates Permit validity Vendor compliance records
Track closure of non-conformities and compliance gaps within agreed timelines.
4. Vendor Management & Escalation HandlingAct as the primary point of contact for transport vendors and service providers.
Manage vendor performance through regular review meetings and operational governance.
Escalate critical concerns including: Fleet shortages Vehicle non-compliance Driver non-compliance Safety violations Transport incidents and accidents
Ensure immediate communication to vendor management and client stakeholders on major operational issues.
Drive corrective and preventive actions for recurring operational concerns.
5. Employee Experience & Stakeholder ManagementHandle escalations from employees, transport users, vendors, and stakeholders professionally and within agreed SLA timelines.
Resolve transportation and parking issues efficiently to enhance employee experience.
Partner with landlord teams, security agencies, client representatives, and service providers to achieve service excellence.
Conduct regular employee feedback reviews and implement improvement actions.
6. MIS, Billing & ReportingPerform weekly and monthly reconciliation of transport MIS against vendor records.
Validate trip reports, user reports, billing data, and compliance documentation.
Verify final MIS and obtain client concurrence prior to invoice processing.
Ensure invoice validation and submission is completed before the 25th day of the subsequent month.
Maintain dashboards covering: Monthly trips User utilization Vehicle utilization Parking occupancy Vendor performance Compliance status Cost metrics
7. Training, Awareness & EngagementSchedule and conduct monthly training sessions for JLL teams and vendor management staff.
Conduct awareness programs for drivers covering: Road safety Defensive driving Grooming standards Punctuality Behavioral expectations Emergency response protocols
Organize Recognition & Reward (R&R) programs for drivers and vendor staff.
Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and customer service excellence.
8. Performance ManagementMeet or exceed site Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Monitor and review Service Level Agreements (SLAs) on a monthly basis.
Identify operational risks and performance challenges proactively.
Develop corrective action plans and track closure with stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in transport and parking operations.
Required QualificationsGraduate in any discipline.
Certification in Logistics, Transport Management, Fleet Operations, EHS, or Facility Management preferred.
Experience5–8 years of experience in: Employee Transportation Management Fleet Operations Parking Management Facility Management Vendor Governance
Experience managing corporate transport operations in large campuses or multinational environments is preferred.
