About the Role
We are looking for an energetic, passionate, and career-oriented Business Development Associate to join our growing team.
The candidate will be responsible for interacting with students, candidates, clients, and institutions, supporting business development activities, coordinating with colleges, and guiding candidates regarding suitable career opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with students, candidates, clients, and institutions.
- Communicate and explain training programs, internship programs, and placement opportunities.
- Identify potential leads and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with colleges and organizations for partnerships and placement drives.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and institutions.
- Understand candidate requirements and suggest suitable opportunities.
- Guide students regarding career and employment opportunities.
- Support candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate with internal teams for projects and hiring drives.
- Participate in meetings, presentations, and training sessions.
Eligibility
- Any Graduation.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment/business development will be an added advantage.
