Job Summary:
We are hiring Field Coordinators to support the on-ground implementation of the health program in Bokaro district, Jharkhand. The coordinator will manage school-level engagement, awareness generation, facilitating training, events and ensuring smooth execution of program activities. This is a part-time position suitable for candidates seeking flexible field engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct regular field visits to monitor ongoing activities and ensure smooth implementation.
● Organize and facilitate awareness, training, or community engagement sessions.
● Support identification and training of local volunteers or peer leaders.
● Track distribution and usage of resources or materials provided to beneficiaries.
● Collect feedback, maintain records, and submit regular reports to the Project Coordinator.
● Support community outreach events, campaigns, or initiatives.
● Assist local staff, volunteers, and stakeholders to ensure sustainability of activities.
Candidate Profile:
● Education: Graduate in Social Work, Education, Rural Development, Public Health, or related field.
● Experience: 2–3 years in field-level program implementation, preferably in education, adolescent health, or WASH programs.
● Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
● Comfortable with school/community visits and fieldwork within Bokaro district.
Basic MS Office/Google Sheets skills for reporting
