Job Description – Fortinet Network Security Engineer

- Strong understanding of IT Networking best practices and enterprise network architecture
- Provide L2 & L3 support in network and firewall environments
- Hands-on experience with LAN, WAN, and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure) including VPC, Security Groups, NAT, Direct Connect, and VPC Peering
- Experience with network monitoring tools and performance troubleshooting
- Ability to design solutions, create documentation, and present to team/management
- Strong knowledge of switching technologies: VLAN, VTP, STP, FTP
- Expertise in ADC, WAF, DDoS protection, MFA, and VPN technologies
- Hands-on experience with Site-to-Site and Remote Access VPN configurations
- Experience with Next-Gen Firewalls including policy/rule management, security monitoring, and log analysis
- Strong understanding of network stack: routers, switches, WiFi, firewalls, load balancers, VPN
- Good knowledge of TCP/IP and UDP protocols in enterprise environments
- Understanding of ITIL framework and incident management processes
- Ownership mindset with focus on automation and incident prevention
- Hands-on experience with routing, switching, WiFi, and firewall deployments
- CCNA certified or equivalent knowledge preferred
- Hands-on experience with FortiGate Firewall
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
