Position: Behavioral Therapist
The Behavioral Therapist will provide clinical skills instruction and implement behavior reduction protocols based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for children with Autism and related developmental disabilities in clinic and community settings. The role also involves data collection, assisting in parent training, and supporting Behavior Analysts and Pediatric Neurologists in clinical assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings using intensive teaching and natural environment training.
- Follow prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols.
- Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
- Assist in parent and caregiver training aligned with individualized treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding client progress.
- Utilize safe and appropriate client handling procedures.
- Maintain client confidentiality at all times.
- Assist Lead Behavioral Technicians, Behavior Analysts, and Pediatric Neurologists in preparing materials and assessments.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team.
- Attend required training programs to maintain and upgrade technical knowledge.

Qualification: Any graduate (Experience and fresher can apply)
