About the Role
Annai Motors, an authorized Royal Enfield dealership, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our showroom sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automobile sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive business growth while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize showroom performance.
- Drive sales of Royal Enfield motorcycles, genuine accessories, apparel, and finance products.
- Ensure a seamless and premium customer experience throughout the sales journey.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and prepare periodic management reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, corporate clients, and business partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing and service teams to enhance customer satisfaction and brand presence.
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies and Royal Enfield standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in automobile sales, with prior experience in a managerial role.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM applications and Microsoft Office.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on qualifications, relevant experience, and interview performance)
