A Senior Bank Officer oversees daily branch or department operations, manages complex financial transactions, and ensures strict compliance with regulatory standards. Core Responsibilities
- Operations & Compliance: Monitor daily processing, audits, and transactions to ensure adherence to banking guidelines and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies.
- Customer & Client Management: Handle high-value accounts, resolve complex customer escalations, and cross-sell financial products (loans, deposits, investments).
- Team Leadership: Supervise tellers and junior officers, assist with staff training, and manage resource allocation to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
- Financial Oversight: Analyze credit reports, process loan applications, and report directly to upper management regarding branch performance.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
