Product Trainer Intern

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Product Trainer Intern to support client onboarding, product training, and user adoption of the Fleetoz platform. The role involves working with clients, vendors, and internal teams to help users understand and effectively use the system.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in conducting product training and demo sessions
Support onboarding of clients and vendors
Help users understand platform workflows and features
Coordinate with operations and tech teams for issue resolution
Prepare training materials, SOPs, and basic reports
Support client communication and follow-ups
Candidate Profile
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
Good communication and presentation skills
Basic understanding of software platforms and technology
Strong coordination and problem-solving ability
Interest in SaaS, operations, logistics, or mobility solutions
Education
Bachelor’s degree or pursuing graduation in Business Administration, IT, Computer Applications, Commerce, or related fields.
Internship Details
Duration: 3–6 Months
Opportunity for full-time role based on performance
Hands-on exposure to SaaS product training and implementation at Fleetoz Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
