About the Role
We are looking for an energetic Sales Executive who will work in the field and build relationships with orthopaedic doctors, physiotherapists, and healthcare professionals across Delhi NCR.
Your primary responsibility will be to visit doctors and clinics, introduce them to Shapecrunch, explain our products and services, and develop long-term professional relationships that generate patient referrals.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit orthopaedic doctors, physiotherapists, and clinics on a daily basis.
- Introduce doctors to Shapecrunch and explain our products and technology.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and clinics.
- Identify new doctors and clinics that could benefit from Shapecrunch.
- Generate leads and patient referrals through doctor partnerships.
- Follow up regularly with doctors and maintain accurate records of visits and leads.
- Coordinate with the internal sales and medical support teams.
- Achieve monthly visit, lead, and referral targets.
- Represent Shapecrunch professionally while interacting with healthcare professionals.
What We’re Looking For
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with field sales and daily travel.
- Confident speaking with doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to build relationships and follow up consistently.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Previous experience in healthcare, medical sales, pharma, or B2B sales is a plus.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to travel are also welcome.
