Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by engaging with international clients, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calling to international clients to generate leads and business opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Negotiate with clients and successfully close deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Manage and update the client database with accurate records of interactions.
- Follow up with prospective clients to maximize conversions.
- Handle client feedback professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, International Sales, or B2C Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
- Confidence in cold calling and interacting with international clients.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
