We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Servicing Executive to manage and execute projects brought in by the sales team. This role involves end-to-end project management, ensuring seamless communication between clients, internal teams, and vendors. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to deliver high-quality outcomes within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients, understanding their brand objectives and communication needs while maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Manage end-to-end execution of healthcare communication projects such as medical newsletters, scientific content, doctor engagement initiatives, educational materials, and digital campaigns, ensuring timely delivery.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams including medical writers, designers, printers, and digital teams to translate client briefs into clear project requirements and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Support strategic planning and campaign development by assisting in ideation for healthcare communication initiatives and identifying opportunities to expand work with existing clients.
- Maintain project documentation and quality standards, including trackers, meeting notes, and timelines, while ensuring deliverables meet pharmaceutical compliance and accuracy requirements.
- Follow up with clients on approvals, documentation, and payment status, while coordinating with the accounts team to ensure timely invoicing and collection of payments.
Preferred Skills / Experience
- Experience working with pharmaceutical brands and healthcare professionals (HCPs)
- Well-versed with basic medical guideline-based designing and therapy areas
- Understanding of medical content development and scientific communication
- Familiarity with digital healthcare campaigns and social media engagement
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, or Healthcare-related fields (BSc, BPharm, DPharm, MPharm, PGDM Healthcare, etc.)
- 1–2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or project management in an advertising, marketing, or healthcare communication agency (Freshers may also apply)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Prior experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical communication will be an advantage
