HR CUM OFFICE ASSISTANT
Position: HR cum Office Assistant
Department: Human Resources / Administration
Location: pimpri chinchwad
Employment Type: Full-Time
Reporting To: Management / HR Head
Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible, organized, and proactive HR cum Office Assistant to support day-to-day HR activities, office administration, employee coordination, documentation, and general office operations.
The candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities1. HR & Employee Coordination
- Assist in day-to-day HR and personnel-related activities. - sourcing
- Maintain employee records, personal files, attendance records, and other HR documentation.
- Coordinate with employees regarding attendance, leave, joining formalities, and general HR requirements.
- Assist in recruitment activities, including coordinating with candidates and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain records of new joinings, resignations, and employee movements.
- Assist in preparing appointment letters, joining documents, employee forms, and other HR-related correspondence.
- Support management in implementing company policies and procedures.
2. Office Administration
- Handle routine office administrative activities.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of office records.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, letters, and documents.
- Coordinate with visitors, vendors, couriers, and service providers.
- Maintain office supplies, stationery, and other administrative requirements.
- Assist in preparing quotations, letters, reports, statements, and other documents as required.
- Maintain basic records of office expenses and administrative purchases.
- Ensure the office is properly organized and administrative work is completed on time.
3. Recruitment Support
- Source and screen candidates through suitable channels.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and management.
- Maintain a database of candidates and interview records.
- Follow up with selected candidates regarding joining formalities.
- Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees.
4. Documentation & Computer Work
- Prepare and maintain Excel sheets, Word documents, reports, and registers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and office records.
- Handle routine email communication and correspondence.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee and company information.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel and Email.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to maintain records systematically.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Should be responsible, disciplined, and punctual.
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with different departments.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility for additional administrative tasks.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Candidates with a qualification or experience in HR, Administration, Commerce, or Business Management will be preferred.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, office administration, recruitment, or a similar role preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and computer skills may also be considered.
