Job Title: Telugu Speaking Telecaller

Job Summary
We are looking for a Telugu Speaking Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, interact with customers, generate leads, and provide information about products and services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Telugu and basic knowledge of customer handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain products, services, and offers to customers.
- Generate and follow up on leads.
- Maintain customer records and update databases.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
Requirements
- Fluency in Telugu is mandatory.
- Basic communication skills in English and/or Tamil preferred.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
