WE ARE HIRING – HR MANAGER FOR AEC GROUP OF COMPANIES
Location: Alappuzha, Kerala
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Experience: 3–5 Years in HR
AEC Group of Companies is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team in Alappuzha.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete HR operations and employee lifecycle
- Handle recruitment, screening, interviewing and onboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs and procedures
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and HR documentation
- Manage performance appraisal and employee evaluation
- Handle employee relations, grievances and workplace issues
- Coordinate payroll and ensure accurate employee-related records
- Identify staffing requirements and coordinate with department heads
- Support employee engagement, training and development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements
- Prepare regular HR reports for management
- Help build a professional, productive and positive work culture across the AEC Group
Candidate Profile
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
3–5 years of relevant HR experience
Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally
Proficiency in MS Office / HR software
Experience in managing HR independently will be an advantage
