Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing recruitment, employee engagement, attendance, onboarding, HR documentation, and daily HR operations. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of HR experience who are looking to build a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and employee data.
- Assist in performance management and employee engagement activities.
- Support HR policies and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Address employee queries and provide HR support.
- Coordinate training and development activities.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain databases.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
