Job Description:
We are hiring a Academic Counselor for our telecalling team. This is a work-from-home role suited for candidates who are confident communicators and comfortable talking to customers over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers/leads and explain products/services
- Follow the calling script and maintain call quality standards
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
- Follow up with customers for pending queries or conversions
- Maintain a polite and professional tone during all calls
- CRM Experience is needed but not mandatory
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Good communication skills in [Telugu/English]
- Telugu language is mandatory
- Own laptop/desktop with stable internet connection and headset
- Prior experience in telecalling/BPO/voice process preferred (freshers can also apply)
Working Hours: [e.g., 10 AM – 7 PM, 6 days a week]
