Auto Floor Supervisor / Workshop Supervisor – Commercial Vehicles
Job Summary:
We are seeking an Auto Floor Supervisor to oversee workshop floor operations, supervise technicians and electricians, ensure timely completion of repairs, maintain quality standards, and support efficient workshop performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily workshop floor activities and repair jobs.
- Allocate work to technicians and auto electricians.
- Monitor vehicle repair progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure quality of repairs and adherence to manufacturer standards.
- Assist in diagnosing technical issues and resolving workshop bottlenecks.
- Monitor technician productivity and attendance.
- Maintain workshop discipline, safety, and housekeeping standards.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and Parts Department for smooth workflow.
- Conduct final quality checks before vehicle delivery.
- Report daily workshop performance to the Assistant Works Manager and Works Manager.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ITI in Automobile, Mechanical, or Diesel Mechanic.
- 3–8 years of experience in commercial vehicle or automobile workshops.
- Experience supervising technicians and workshop operations.
- Knowledge of heavy vehicle repair and maintenance.
- Good communication and team management skills.
