Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Laser Machine Operator to join our production team. The role involves operating Yueming Laser machines (90W) for precision cutting of thin handmade paper sheets. Our facility runs 2 double-head machines and 2 single-head machines, requiring skilled handling and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Operate Yueming laser cutting machines (single and double head).
- Ensure precision cutting of thin paper sheets with minimal wastage.
- Perform routine maintenance: laser tube alignment, optics cleaning, calibration.
- Monitor production quality and troubleshoot machine issues.
- Maintain safety standards and proper equipment handling.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet delivery timelines.
Requirements
- Prior experience operating laser cutting machines (Yueming or similar).
- Knowledge of paper cutting processes and precision handling.
- Ability to manage multi-head laser machines.
- Basic technical skills for machine upkeep and adjustments.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability in production environments.
Compensation & Work Schedule
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience).
- Shifts:
- Morning: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Evening: 7:00 PM – 1:30 AM
- Overtime: Evening shift (7:00 PM – 1:30 AM) considered as overtime.
