Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, with a strong focus on hiring HubSpot CRM Developers.
- Proven experience in sourcing, screening, and closing niche HubSpot CRM and related technology roles.
- Hands-on expertise in hiring through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Experience in collaborating with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and deliver quality talent within defined SLAs.
- Strong track record in offer negotiation, candidate engagement, and successful onboarding of HubSpot CRM professionals.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
