We are a dynamic Performance Marketing, Online Branding, eCommerce eNabler company based out of Hebbal, Bengaluru. We focus on delivering results – Google Ads, meta Ads Marketing Leads Automation Solutions. We are looking for a hands-on Sales & Marketing Associate who can capture online data, generate leads, build a sales funnel, and successfully onboard clients – all from our Hebbal office.
Role Overview
This is a fully onsite role in Hebbal. You will not just make calls; you will hunt for data online, mine prospects, structure the sales pipeline, and take ownership from first contact to signed client.
Key Job Responsibilities
1. Online Data Capture & Lead Sourcing
Use online tools, LinkedIn, Google search, industry forums, and databases to capture targeted prospect data (company name, decision-maker contacts, industry type).
Build and maintain a master lead database on a weekly basis.
2. Generate Potential Leads
Execute multi-channel outreach: cold calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn DMs to convert raw data into warm leads.
Run small-scale LinkedIn/email campaigns to drive inbound interest.
3. Build & Manage Sales Funnel
Maintain a step-by-step sales funnel (Lead → Contacted → Meeting Set → Proposal Sent → Negotiation → Closed).
Update CRM/Sheet daily with lead status, follow-up dates, and notes.
Forecast weekly lead-to-conversion ratios.
4. Onboard Clients Successfully
Schedule and conduct discovery calls or demos with qualified leads.
Prepare proposals, handle pricing negotiations, and close deals.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding (contracts, kick-off, documentation).
Ensure post-onboarding satisfaction for repeat business.
5. Reporting & Collaboration
Report daily to the Hebbal office lead on funnel metrics.
Work with marketing to feedback what data sources and messaging work best.
Required Skills & Experience
0-3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development (freshers with internship experience are welcome).
Proven ability to capture online data and convert to leads (show examples in interview).
Hands-on with CRM, Excel/Sheets, and outreach tools.
Excellent English communication – both writing and calling.
Self-starter who thrives in an office environment (Hebbal) – no work-from-home for this role.
