Key Responsibilities
- Patient Guidance: Interact with patients following their consultations to explain doctor recommendations, treatment options, refractive surgeries, and eye care procedures in clear, non-technical terms.
- Financial & Package Counseling: Detail costs, package breakdowns, insurance approval pathways, and financing options for recommended surgeries or treatments.
- Scheduling & Follow-up: Coordinate scheduling for outpatient consultations, pre-op evaluations, surgical procedures, and follow-up visits.
- Patient Support: Address queries, alleviate patient concerns or anxiety, and provide a welcoming, compassionate environment throughout the care journey.
- Administrative Coordination: Maintain accurate patient counseling records, manage paperwork, and coordinate with administrative and medical teams to ensure smooth patient flow.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 1–4 years of experience as a patient counsellor, customer relation officer, or healthcare administrator (prior experience in ophthalmology or hospital settings is preferred).
- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills in English and Telugu (Hindi is a plus).
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Psychology, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Attributes: High empathy, professionalism, and ability to handle sensitive health consultations effectively.
Pay: ₹17,500.00 - ₹20,500.00 per month
