Solar Sales Executive drives the adoption of renewable energy by prospecting clients, presenting customized rooftop or ground-mount solar solutions, and closing deals.
Key Responsibility - Lead Generation: Prospect residential, commercial, or industrial (C&I) clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.Client Consultation: Conduct site visits to assess energy requirements, evaluate roof feasibility, and understand client power consumption.Proposal Development: Prepare tailored proposals highlighting financial returns, system ROI, installation timelines, and available government subsidies.Deal Closure: Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Cross-Functional Coordination: Work alongside engineering and procurement teams to ensure smooth project execution and system design.Market Awareness: Stay updated on state and central solar policies, net metering regulations, and competitive product offerings.
