Job Summary:
The Franchise Manager will be responsible for expanding and managing the franchise network, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining brand standards across all franchise locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new franchise partners
Develop and execute franchise expansion strategies
Provide training and support to franchise owners and staff
Monitor franchise performance and ensure targets are achieved
Maintain strong relationships with franchise partners
Ensure brand guidelines and quality standards are followed
Handle franchise agreements, documentation, and coordination
Resolve operational issues and provide timely solutions
Conduct regular visits and audits of franchise centers
Requirements:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Leadership and team management ability
Sales and business development experience
Ability to travel and manage multiple locations
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Qualification:
Graduate / MBA preferred
Experience in franchise management or business development is a plus
