Key Responsibilities:
§ Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
§ Lead Generation: Reach out to prospective clients via calls, emails, and other communication channels to generate leads.
§ Customer Acquisition: Assist in acquiring new customers by promoting Bajaj Securities products and services.
§ Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team in client meetings, presentations, and follow-up communications.
§ Product Knowledge: Learn about various financial products, investment options, and services offered by Bajaj Securities.
§ Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with clients by offering relevant solutions based on their financial needs.
§ Reporting & Analysis: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track performance and provide feedback to the team.
§ Networking: Participate in events, seminars, and workshops to build a network of potential clients and enhance brand presence.
Eligibility Criteria:
* Graduate or final-year student from any discipline
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Basic understanding of sales concepts
* Local Candidate Preferred
Salary and remuneration solely depend on the experience (if any), skills and interview performance. (Range for salary 10k PM to 18k PM plus incentives).
