Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows OS (Windows 7/10) and Microsoft Office (2007–2022, O365).
- Provide support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals in workgroup and domain environments.
- Perform hardware troubleshooting and replace components like RAM, HDD, SMPS, motherboard, etc.
- Install and troubleshoot applications, antivirus software, and resolve malware/virus issues.
- Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook and email-related problems.
- Provide L1 and remote support using tools like Any Desk, TeamViewer, VNC, etc.
- Handle basic networking issues (LAN/Wi-Fi/IP configuration).
- Maintain IT assets and inventory records.
- Support Active Directory tasks such as user creation, password resets, and access issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance of IT equipment.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
