Role: Trainee Detailer (Structural Steel)
Who can apply: Fresh Diploma/ITI (Civil preferred)
Batch Eligibility: 2025 and 2026 pass outs only
Job Location: New Delhi (Corporate Registration: West Bengal)
Relocation Support: Full relocation cost covered for selected candidates Compensation & Benefits
Initial Training Period (6 Months): ₹5,000/month stipend + Free company-provided accommodation
Post-Confirmation: Permanent placement with competitive salary revised based on training evaluation and individual performance
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and execute 3D structural steel modeling and 2D fabrication drawing generation using industry-standard detailing software (e.g., Tekla Structures / AutoCAD).
- Interpret architectural/structural design drawings and connection details.
- Assist senior detailers in preparing shop drawings, erection plans, and bills of materials (BOM).
