Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI, CTR, CPC, and conversions
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting strategies
- Design and execute A/B testing for ads, creatives, and landing pages
- Analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics and Ads Manager
- Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign delivery
- Coordinate with the content/design team for ad creatives and copies
- Generate regular performance reports and insights
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and platform updates
- Handle remarketing and retargeting campaigns
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in running ads on Meta and Google platforms
- Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads Dashboard
- Understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics
- Good communication and reporting skills
