The ideal candidate will combine strong subject expertise with creative teaching methods, leveraging technology and AI-driven tools to deliver engaging learning experiences for students across ICSE, CBSE, STATE, and ISC boards. Key Responsibilities - Teach Chemistry for Classes 7–12 with clarity, enthusiasm, and creativity. - Deliver lessons using simulations, experiments, and interactive methods to make concepts engaging. - Conduct live and recorded YouTube classes as well as pre-recorded sessions for flexible learning. - Manage classroom dynamics effectively, ensuring discipline and motivation. - Demonstrate strong time management and the ability to balance multiple batches. - Collaborate with ElevatED’s AI-powered systems to personalize student learning. - Inspire students to develop curiosity, confidence, and academic excellence. Requirements - Strong content knowledge in Chemistry (Classes 7–12). - Energetic personality with a passion for teaching. - Ability to simplify complex concepts through creative teaching strategies. - Experience in handling multiple curriculam (ICSE, CBSE, STATE, ISC). - Comfortable with technology: simulations, digital tools, and online teaching platforms. - Skilled in recording and delivering professional-quality video lessons. - Excellent classroom management and communication skills. Work Schedule - Daily: 4–5 hours of teaching and preparation. - Weekly: One day off.
