Personal Assistant to Managing Director — Key Responsibilities
- Good in English.
- Calendar & Schedule Management
- Manage the MD’s daily calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedule.
- Prioritize urgent and important meetings.
- Avoid scheduling conflicts and provide reminders.
- Meeting Management
- Schedule internal and external meetings.
- Prepare meeting agendas, documents, and presentations.
- Take minutes and track action items.
- Follow up with responsible people on pending tasks.
- Communication Management
- Travel & Accommodation
- Arrange flights, hotels, transportation, visas, and itineraries.
- Prepare complete travel schedules and documents.
- Coordinate business trips and meetings during travel.
- Handle emails, calls, messages, and correspondence on behalf of the MD.
- Draft letters, emails, reports, and official communications.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Ensure important matters reach the MD promptly.
- Follow-up & Coordination
- Documentation & Record Keeping
- Maintain confidential files, contracts, reports, presentations, and important documents.
- Organize digital and physical records.
- Maintain contact lists and important business information
- Track commitments given by the MD.
- Business & Administrative Support
- Prepare presentations, reports, MIS, and briefing notes.
- Collect information required by the MD for decision-making.
- Coordinate with different departments on behalf of the MD.
- Support special projects assigned by the MD.
- Follow up with department heads, managers, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure deadlines and assigned tasks are completed.
- Client & Stakeholder Coordination
- Confidentiality & Discretion
- Handle confidential business, financial, employee, and personal information with complete discretion.
- Coordinate with important clients, business partners, investors, governmentofficials, and senior executives.
- Personal Support to MD
- Coordinate personal appointments and commitments when required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
