In this role, you will manage the student enrollment lifecycle, guiding prospective students and parents through our visual arts programs, and driving admissions from initial inquiry to final registration.

Key Responsibilities
- Inquiry Management & Lead Conversion: Actively respond to inquiries across multiple channels; provide accurate info regarding fine art programs, campus facilities, and fees to convert leads into enrollments.
- Application Guidance & Student Support: Walk applicants step-by-step through the enrollment process, review student portfolios, offer constructive, creative feedback, and ensure academic records are seamlessly compiled.
- Target Achievement & Strategic Enrollment: Work collaboratively with the internal admissions team to systematically meet and exceed targeted enrollment metrics for our visual arts programs.
- Student Engagement Activities: Plan, organise, and manage student engagement programs, events, and activities to promote active participation, foster a vibrant campus environment, and enhance the overall student experience.
- Field Recruitment Support: Participate in art fairs, high school promotional visits, and external educational events to champion the college brand and identify raw creative talent.
- Data Tracking & Analytical Reporting: Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of applicant files and database statistics; prepare regular reports tracking conversion rates and recruitment trends.
- Departmental Collaboration: Coordinate directly with academic heads and fine art faculty to ensure upcoming student intakes perfectly align with institutional program standards.
- Diversity & Process Improvement: Execute outreach strategies that foster an inclusive student body, while keeping an eye on competitor benchmarks to constantly refine internal recruitment strategies.
Eligibility & Skills Required
- Education: Any Graduate (MBA, BBA, Fine Arts, or Psychology/Counselling backgrounds preferred).
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in academic counselling, educational sales, or student relationship management is highly preferred.
- Language Skills: Strong fluency in Odia is required; good working knowledge of English and Hindi for student communication.
- Artistic Aptitude: Basic familiarity with visual arts or the capacity to understand creative portfolios to guide prospective students accurately.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional interpersonal skills with high proficiency in handling applicant data, documentation checklists, and generating daily/weekly progress reports.
