We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation Engineer with strong UiPath development experience to ensure the quality, stability, and support readiness of automation solutions transitioning from the Development team to the Managed Services (MS) team. The role combines technical quality assurance, code review, transition governance, production stabilization, and enhancement development to ensure enterprise-grade automation delivery.

Lead the end-to-end transition of automation processes from the Development team to the Managed Services team.

Validate process readiness before production support handover.

Ensure all required documentation (PDD, SDD, Operational Guide, Support Documents, Runbooks, Credentials, etc.) is complete and accurate.

Conduct transition readiness assessments and provide sign-off recommendations.

Coordinate Knowledge Transfer (KT) sessions between Development and MS teams.

Track and close all transition observations before production support.

Perform comprehensive UiPath code reviews following enterprise development standards and best practices.

Validate workflow architecture, exception handling, logging, retry mechanisms, asset usage, queue implementation, REFramework compliance, and security standards.

Identify opportunities for optimization, maintainability, scalability, and performance improvements.

Ensure coding standards and governance guidelines are followed.

Review and validate Developer Unit Testing (DUT), SIT, UAT, and Production validation results.

Perform independent functional and regression testing before process handover.

Validate process outputs, reports, queue transactions, exception scenarios, and business rules.

Verify production readiness through multiple successful unattended executions.

Ensure all critical defects are resolved before transition.

Support high-priority production incidents during the hypercare period.

Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for production failures.

Coordinate with Development teams to resolve defects identified during stabilization.

Monitor production health and recommend long-term improvements.

Develop and implement automation enhancements using UiPath.

Support minor and medium enhancement requests from Managed Services.

Optimize existing automation for better performance and stability.
-
Develop reusable components and improve automation frameworks.

Maintain Code Review Checklists and Transition Checklists.

Ensure all documentation remains updated after enhancements.

Prepare transition reports, quality reports, and handover status dashboards.

Maintain version control and release documentation.
-
Work closely with Solution Architects, Developers, QA Engineers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Managed Services teams.

Participate in technical design discussions and solution reviews.

Support continuous improvement initiatives across automation delivery.

5+ years of UiPath Development experience

Strong knowledge of REFramework and enterprise automation architecture

Experience in code review, quality assurance, and automation testing

Strong debugging and production support skills

Experience with Orchestrator, Assets, Queues, Triggers, and Logs

Knowledge of exception handling and retry mechanisms
