Qualifications:
- Educational Qualification: M.Tech/ Ph.d
- Experience: Prior teaching and/or research experience preferred (Freshers with strong academic records may also apply).

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver lectures and practical classes for undergraduate and postgraduate pharmacy students.
- Design and update curriculum in accordance with academic regulations and industry needs.
- Guide students in academic and research projects, internships, and career development.
- Conduct independent and collaborative research in pharmaceutical sciences and publish in peer-reviewed journals.
- Participate in department meetings, academic planning, and institutional development activities.
- Engage in community outreach and professional activities as part of the institution’s vision.
- Supervise laboratory work and ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and conferences.
- Evaluate student performance through continuous assessments and examinations.
- Maintain academic records and submit reports as required by the department.
