Role & Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth service for 500+ covers.
- Financial Control: Manage budgeting, forecasting, and strict cost control measures to maximize profitability.
- Inventory & Stock: Supervise inventory management, stock rotation, and minimize wastage.
- Menu Expertise: Strong knowledge of Tapas cuisine, beverage pairings, and the ability to upsell effectively.
- Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and motivate floor staff to maintain high service standards and brand discipline.
Qualification & Skills :
- Experience: 7–8 years of experience in restaurant management, strictly with reputed and premium Hotel brands.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Experience:
