Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Graphic Designer & Motion Graphics Artist to join our team. You will be responsible for designing static visuals, motion graphics, and AI-generated video content for client campaigns across digital and social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creatives for Meta Ads, Google Display, and other digital platforms
- Create social media posts, stories, reels covers, and campaign banners
- Develop brand identity materials including logos, brand kits, and style guides
- Produce motion graphics for social media reels, ads, and promotional videos
- Create and edit AI-generated videos using tools like Runway, Kling, Pika, or similar
- Animate static designs into engaging video content for client campaigns
- Collaborate with the marketing and content team to deliver on-brand visuals
- Design pitch decks, proposals, and presentations
- Handle multiple client projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Hands-on experience with Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
- Experience creating motion graphics and animated content
- Knowledge of AI video generation tools (Runway ML, Kling AI, Pika, Luma Dream Machine, etc.)
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
- Ability to adapt to different brand guidelines and visual styles
- Good communication and time management skills
- Portfolio demonstrating both static and motion design work
Preferred / Added Advantage
- Experience with Canva Pro or Figma
- Knowledge of AI image tools like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or Leonardo AI
- Experience with sound design or audio syncing for video content
- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency
Experience: 1–3 years (Freshers with strong portfolios may apply)
Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Animation, Multimedia, or related field
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹34,546.38 per month
