About the Role
Ogera Ventures is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Finance Manager to manage the company’s accounts, financial records, payments and compliance-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts, sales and purchase invoices, receipts and payments
- Maintain accounts receivable and payable and follow up on pending payments
- Handle bank reconciliation, petty cash and expense tracking
- Prepare monthly profit-and-loss, cash-flow and financial reports
- Coordinate GST, TDS, audits and statutory compliance with the Chartered Accountant
- Monitor expenses and support budgeting and cost control
- Ensure all financial records are accurate and updated
Requirements
- MBA in Finance
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Practical knowledge of Tally, Zoho Books or similar accounting software
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, GST, TDS and financial reporting
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English
- Experience in manufacturing is an advantage
