Job Title: Sr. SEO Specialist/ Executive

Role Overview
We are seeking a extremly highly motivated, detail-oriented, and performance-driven SEO professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for independently managing end-to-end SEO activities, including planning, execution, optimization, and performance analysis. This role also involves mentoring junior team members and interns, ensuring effective implementation of SEO strategies aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. On-Page SEO
- Optimize meta titles, descriptions, headers, and content structure
- Implement internal linking strategies and improve content relevance
2. Off-Page SEO
- Develop and execute effective link-building strategies
- Monitor backlink quality and domain authority
3. Technical SEO
- Conduct comprehensive site audits
- Identify and resolve crawl errors, indexing issues, and broken links
- Improve website speed, mobile responsiveness, and overall performance
4. Strategy & Planning
- Develop SEO strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Perform in-depth keyword research and mapping based on search intent
- Optimize website and blog content for improved organic visibility
5. Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor SEO performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities
- Prepare detailed weekly and monthly SEO performance reports
6. Team Collaboration
- Guide and mentor interns and junior team members
- Coordinate with content and development teams for SEO implementation
Required Skills & Qualifications For SEO Executive / Senior SEO Executive
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SEO
- Strong expertise in On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO
- Proficiency in keyword research and content optimization
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
