Position: Staff Nurse

Shift Details:
- Day Shift: 8 hours
- Night Shift: 12 hours

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administer chemotherapy and immunotherapy in home settings strictly per oncologist-approved protocols
- Conduct comprehensive pre-treatment assessments vitals, lab review, and home safety evaluation
- Manage portable IV equipment and central venous access devices (CVADs) independently and safely
- Monitor patients continuously during treatment using portable monitoring equipment
- Train family caregivers in medication administration, side effect recognition, and emergency response procedures
- Assess and ensure home environment suitability for treatment and infection control compliance
- Respond to and manage medical emergencies independently using established emergency protocols
- Coordinate effectively with home healthcare teams and maintain detailed, accurate clinical documentation
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Certification
- GNM or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution with valid State Nursing Council registration
- Post Basic Diploma in Oncology Nursing or Community Health Nursing (preferred)
Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of nursing experience in a hospital or clinical setting
- Prior home healthcare or community nursing experience added advantage
