Key Responsibilities
System & IT Support
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and software
- Provide day-to-day troubleshooting support to all departments
- Manage hospital systems (billing, OP, IP software)
- Ensure proper functioning of internet and network systems
Networking & Hardware
- Maintain LAN/WiFi connectivity
- Handle basic networking issues
- Coordinate with external vendors for advanced IT problems
Media & Digital Work
- Basic video recording (trainings, events)
- Simple video editing (awareness videos, hospital promotions)
- Support digital content creation if needed
System Setup & Maintenance
- Arrange systems for new staff / departments
- Ensure proper system usage and safety
- Maintain IT inventory (systems, accessories)
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
