Job Summary:
The Automobile Finance Executive is responsible for assisting customers in obtaining vehicle financing by coordinating with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions. The role involves explaining finance schemes, processing loan applications, ensuring documentation compliance, and achieving finance penetration targets.
Key Responsibilities:Customer Handling
- Guide customers on available vehicle finance options.
- Explain loan schemes, interest rates, EMI calculations, and repayment terms.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable finance plans based on their eligibility.
Loan Processing
- Collect and verify customer documents required for vehicle financing.
- Coordinate with banks and finance companies for loan approvals.
- Submit loan applications and follow up for timely sanction and disbursement.
- Ensure accurate and complete documentation as per lender requirements.
Finance & Insurance Coordination
- Promote finance and insurance products to customers.
- Achieve monthly finance penetration and loan conversion targets.
- Coordinate with insurance teams for policy issuance when required.
Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, and financial partners.
- Stay updated on new finance schemes, interest rates, and lender policies.
- Resolve finance-related customer queries and concerns.
Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial institution guidelines.
- Maintain records of finance cases, approvals, and disbursements.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly finance reports.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Freshers or candidates with 1–3 years of experience in automobile finance, banking, or vehicle loans.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of vehicle finance and loan procedures.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good customer relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and dealership management systems.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Strong documentation and coordination skills.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Finance penetration percentage.
- Loan approval conversion ratio.
- Loan disbursement turnaround time.
- Customer satisfaction score.
- Documentation accuracy and compliance.
- Achievement of monthly finance targets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
