Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies for solar EPC
projects.
- Generate leads and acquire new clients for rooftop, commercial, industrial, and utility-
scale solar projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, industries, government
agencies, consultants, and channel partners.
- Handle complete sales cycle from inquiry generation to project closure.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand company presence across regions.
- Lead marketing campaigns, branding activities, exhibitions, seminars, and promotional
events.
- Coordinate with technical and estimation teams for proposal preparation and project
costing.
- Participate in government tenders and private bidding opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Prepare monthly sales forecasts, business reports, and revenue planning.
- Lead and mentor the marketing and sales team to achieve organizational targets.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.
- Support management in strategic planning and business expansion.
