You’ll work closely with the core creative team to develop concepts, write scripts, direct shoots, and help evolve the voice of ListenTBH as we scale.
What you’ll do:
- Write microdrama episodes, serialized formats, and short-form fiction
- Develop concepts for Originals and branded content
- Direct shoots when required - performance-led, emotionally grounded storytelling
- Work closely with actors, editors, and producers during production
- Pitch fresh formats, recurring characters, and internet-native story worlds
- Balance relatability, emotional honesty, humour, nostalgia, and entertainment
- Help shape the overall creative direction and storytelling language of ListenTBH
- Understand platform behaviour - retention, hooks, pacing, and emotional payoff
- Collaborate on music references, visual language, and tone
