Coordinate and supervise the loading and unloading of trucks, ensuring that all goods are properly secured and organized for efficient transportation.
- Develop and implement effective loading and unloading strategies to optimize workflow and minimize downtime.
- Monitor inventory levels and work closely with the warehouse manager to maintain accurate records and identify any discrepancies.
- Provide training and guidance to the loading and unloading team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
