Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the spare parts department
Maintain optimum stock levels and ensure availability of fast-moving parts
Monitor inventory, stock aging, and minimize dead stock
Handle procurement of spare parts from authorized vendors/suppliers
Coordinate with workshop team for parts requirement and timely supply
Supervise billing, invoicing, and documentation of parts sales
Ensure proper storage and handling of spare parts
Track inward and outward movement of inventory
Maintain accurate records in inventory management system (ERP)
Handle customer queries related to parts and provide solutions
Achieve sales targets for spare parts (if applicable)
Train and guide team members in parts handling and system usage
Requirements:
Graduate or Diploma (Automobile/Mechanical preferred)
3–6 years experience in truck spare parts or automobile industry
Good knowledge of truck spare parts and inventory management
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, billing software/ERP)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to handle team and work under pressure
Working Hours:
7:30 AM – 5:30 PM (can be adjusted as per company policy)
